"I have been with State Farm since I was 15 years old. Started with Steve Forge and then Melody after Steve retired. I have always received fantastic service with Melody and her team. They reach out personally if something comes up and make sure I stay informed through the process. I have vehicle, rental, and life insurance through Melody. The office reaches out yearly to schedule an appointment for me to come in and go over each policy. At this meeting they answer any questions I might have and also to make sure the policy is still meeting my needs. In a time where so many things are becoming automated and being able to speak with an actual person is a rarity I truly appreciate Melody and her team and the level of customer service they provide. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone!"
