"So today I had the pleasure of working with Shay. My CC was hacked and I needed to give another form of payment. Like my first born and Shay was good with that! Having several different personalities, I mean policies I had to be sent emails, verify by text or email and I didn’t have my glasses on. Shay had so much patience with me as I couldn’t get the passwords to match or they weren’t long enough. Then I had to download the “app” I was losing it and laughing so hard with Shay as we navigated these “security” hurdles which my bank obviously doesn’t even have 😂 Shay is definitely professional and fun! We accomplished my new payment method, I made a new friend at State Farm too! I digress I forgot to ask her what she was wearing during my meltdown. It’s khakis? Right?
